Kreatfiv Dental offers dental restoration work on implants. We insert Nobel Biocare and Pitt-Easy (Oraltronics) dental implants but we are able to produce dental technical work on many other type of implants too.
A dental implant provides an ideal tooth root replacement and acts as a strong stable support for crownwork and dentures. Made from pure titanium, dental implants are biocompatible and therefore tolerated by the human body.
We offer Pitt Easy and Nobel Biocare implants, which can restore the feel and appearance of natural teeth.
Dr. Lajos Patonay, our Chief Dental Surgeon and Implantologist, will carry out a thorough examination to determine your suitability for implants. In order to determine the condition of the bone in your jaw, it may also be necessary to have a CT Scan which would be taken and assessed at the clinic, and would determine the implant treatment options available to you. If there is not enough bone, or if it is not sufficiently healthy, it may not be possible to place implants. However it may be possible to perform an artificial bone replacement or graft from your own bone.
• Insertion of the Implant
• Healing of the gum
• Exposure of the Implant site
• Taking the impression
• Insertion of crown and bridge or over-denture
The placement of the implant is followed by a healing period of usually 6 months in which the bone bonds to the implant.
At the end of the healing period, a return visit of between 5 and 15 days is required for the fitting of Porcelain or Procera Crowns. Many patients can divide the second stage into two parts, with a 1-2 week break in between.
Dental implants can provide the base for more stable restorations thus enabling you to eat whatever you would like without the problems posed by normal full dentures.
If you have lost teeth due to a dental extraction, an accident or decay, this loss changes the look of your smile. Your bite can put stress on surrounding teeth to compensate for the lost tooth. A dental implant can be the ideal substitute for replacing a tooth.
